Refund and Exchange Policy

At Dusty Emu we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund and exchange options subject to the following terms:

Refunds:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Please choose your rings and size carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong sizing(unless the mistake has been made at our end). 
  2. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • If the item meets our refund eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items:

  • Custom-made, personalized, and engraved items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
  • Sale and clearance items are also non-refundable and considered final sale.
